My first Infographic: 7 Steps to Writing, Publishing & Promoting your Blog Post

Hey folks, today I’m publishing my first ever infographic! I spent most of Sunday (today) putting it together. I created it using Moonfruit SiteMaker, and since this is my first attempt, it’s nothing too serious, it’s just a bit of fun really. Do let me know what you think in the comment section below. If you want to embed the infographic into your own blog post to share with your own audience please use the code below the image, all I ask is that you place a small link back to this page as the original source. Or alternatively you can share using Twitter, Facebook and Google Plus.

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words… Well using infographics is one of the coolest ways to do just that. Its also a great way to re-purpose your content, visualize your data and even promote more engagement on your blog. Many readers have short attention spans these days as we know, it’s just the way the cookie crumbles. there is simply too much information on the web… Using such infographics can really bring in a new breath of fresh air for your audience. If you’ve not yet experimented with creating your own infographics, then add it to your list of things to do.

I’m hoping to be able to create a few more in the future and perhaps even provide it as a service. So if you’re interested in having a cool infographic created personally for your blog, do get in touch with me with your ideas and suggestions. For now though, enjoy :)

Hi Fabrizio, Really good job on your first infographic. Yes, it’s true that we have short attention spans these days, but I always say that one of the best uses of an infographic is to make complicated concepts more easily understood. This applies to left-brained businesses who are seeking to communicate their concepts to right-brained clients. Having an infographic helps to bridge the information “gap.” Thank you! Suzanne

    • http://www.magnet4marketing.net Fabrizio

Well put Suzanne, i like that concept a lot, making complicated content simple to understand through imagery. Thanks Im glad you like my first attempt.

Great job on your first infographic, Fabrizio! Not job for your first time. It’s well-organized, clear and readable. I guess with the infographic topic there is just no way to do a way with more words and have more pictures involved. Maybe for your next infographic you can make it more artsy.

    Hey Fabrizio,

That was bad ass my man (sorry for my language) . I have to learn how to make infographic. It looks so cool. It is a lot more entertaining to read than just a normal blog post.

Step5 on SEO is pretty darn good. You could write a post only about that step alone.

    Keep up the good work.
    This baby is tweeted!

    cheers
    Akos
