    Hi there!
I just migrated to Synthesis last night. A little overkill for my needs, but hey, if you can’t walk the walk…. I used BackupBuddy which made the install a piece of cake. There are no tools for tasks in the admin, it’s all unix baby! It made me realize how lazy I’ve gotten, blame it on cpanel.
Their support form says it could take 24 hrs for a response, but the longest I waited was about an hour. The support people know their stuff and helped me with moderately complex issues (relating to w3total cache) Over all a good experience.

I’m not ready to make any recommendations yet. I haven’t had an issues and it’s only been a day.
