A Christmas Message!

I wasn’t too sure where to place this post to be honest, I thought about popping it on Facebook but then I wanted as many people to read it as possible and I know although my blog doesn’t get that much traffic at the moment, I’ve decided to post it on here anyhow, in hope that you will read this message, tweet it, share it or what have you to do to get it across to others.

I know that there will be people out there spending Christmas by themselves this year and that there will be people still fighting, arguing and bickering amongst themselves and others. To all the things that shouldn’t happen over Christmas that hurt people’s feelings and leave others with a lesser will to live at times, that’s not what Christmas is suppose to be about.

But I guess no one can change the way we run our institutionalised lives, the way we hold grudges and instead of rejoicing we get stuck in our ways and become a burden to others. Negativity seems to spread like wildfire, but to spread positivity seems to be so hard. I personally don’t want to be spending Christmas with miserable people this year, and the second I sense it I’ll be out the atmosphere like a flash.

So this is my Christmas message to you all. Leave your opinions, arrogant attitudes, sarcasms and stupid innuendo’s along with your intent to do harm to others at home. No one wants to hear it, see it or smell it even. Screw the system; forget about the state of the economy and what have you. There is nothing more pleasurable than being alive and feeling safe right? So think of others who are fortunate to be still alive but don’t feel safe…

At Christmas I think of those who can’t be with us this year and for those still suffering when they shouldn’t be. So just be damn grateful that you’re alive and that you are around people that love you.

Merry Christmas to all the good, the bad and the ugly!
